Common Issues
My Oracle Blueprint PDF hasn't arrived.
PDF generation can take up to 5 minutes. Check your dashboard under the chart's Artifacts tab. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email us with your order ID.
I want to cancel my Cosmic subscription.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds on mid-cycle cancellations.
I need a refund.
We offer a 14-day refund on the first Cosmic charge and a 7-day refund on Oracle if the PDF failed to generate. Email support with your order ID.
I can't log in to my account.
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If you signed up with Google/GitHub OAuth, make sure you're using the same provider.
My birth chart looks wrong.
Double-check your birth time and timezone — a 1-hour error can shift the Ascendant by ~15°. If the data is correct and the chart still looks off, contact us with your birth details.
