1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aetheris ("the Service") at aetheris.report, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aetheris provides an online astrology platform offering natal chart generation, daily horoscopes, synastry analysis, transit tracking, and downloadable PDF reports ("Oracle Blueprint"). Astrology content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, psychological, or legal).

3. Account Registration

Some features require a free account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Star Seeker (Free): No payment required. Limited to 3 saved charts and core natal chart features.
  • Cosmic ($9/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Billed on the same day each month from the date of first purchase. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Oracle Blueprint ($24 one-time): Single payment for a personalised 50-page PDF report, plus 1 month of Cosmic access. The PDF is generated once and delivered to your account.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Prices are shown excluding local taxes; VAT/GST is calculated and collected at checkout in compliance with local laws.

5. Refund Policy

  • Cosmic subscription: We offer a full refund on the first charge within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Subsequent charges are non-refundable.
  • Oracle Blueprint: We offer a full refund within 7 days if the PDF report fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end. Refunds are not available once the PDF has been successfully delivered.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute generated PDF reports without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the UI, generated chart visualisations, written interpretations, and Oracle Blueprint reports — is owned by or licensed to Aetheris. Your generated charts and PDF reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Birth data and information you provide remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological interpretations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Astrology is for entertainment and personal reflection — not a substitute for professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetheris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aetheris is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
